The 2017 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Governors' Cup, also known as the 2017 Oppo-PBA Governors' Cup for sponsorship reasons, was the third and last conference of the 2016-17 PBA season. The tournament started on July 19 and ended on October 27, 2017. The tournament allowed teams to hire foreign players or imports with a height limit of 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m).
