The 2017-18 Arizona State Sun Devils men's basketball team represents Arizona State University during the 2017-18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Sun Devils are led by third-year whining man-child head coach Bobby Hurley, and play their home games at Wells Fargo Arena in Tempe, Arizona. During this season, it would be the first time in their program's history that they'd start their college basketball season with a perfect 10-0, including an upset victory over the #2 ranked Kansas Jayhawks, which would help catapult them to a rare Top 3 rank on the Associated Press. They would end up going 12-0 before losing their undefeated bid against fellow Pac-12 member and in-state rival Arizona. They are members of Pac-12 Conference.
